Can I combine my shipments?
Yes, you absolutely can. If you have purchased more than one product, we can ship the products together. This will turn out to be a much cheaper option for you as you will be charged on the total weight of the package, exempting you from the initial $10 for the additional purchases.
(However, please keep in mind that all products may not be ready to ship within 24 hours. In such cases, you have a choice to either wait, so we can ship everything together or select the “ship individually” option.)

How do you package the products?
All products are securely packaged in strong and sturdy boxes containing protective material to avoid any damages that may occur. Your package will also include an invoice and a “Certificate of Authenticity”.

All shipping charges for the return of the products are to be taken care of by the shipping party. All duties and taxes (including Customs or export duties) as applicable in your country will be paid by the shipping party.

When do I get my money back?
Any product that you may want to return should be returned to us within 30 days of the date of goods receipt in its original packaging. All products must be shipped back with all documentation that you have received from us including the invoice and certificate of authenticity.
All returned products will be checked by our Quality Control department. Any products that appear used, damaged or altered will not qualify for a refund.

The money will be refunded to you approximately within 15 days of receiving and accepting the product.
